Recently, GreenFir held a exciting skill rating activity for technical workers in production workshop of Jintang. At the event, each technical  worker demonstrated his specialized skills.

The judging panel for skill rating activities consists of five members, including the deputy general manager of quality management department and safety and environmental protection department, as well as the director of the equipment room and piping room of the technical department. They have strict requirements on quality control and technical specifications. In addition, there are welder and plumber who are recognized as having rich experience and superb technical capabilities in our workshop.

The jury will objectively evaluate the skills, work quality, safety awareness and other aspects of the participating technical workers based on the pre-established scoring standards, so as to ensure that each technical worker can be fairly recognized and further stimulate their work motivation and technical abilities. The technical workers who participated in the evaluation gave full play to their expertise and were promoted accordingly after the evaluation.

The holding of skill rating activity has created a good atmosphere for skill competition and mutual learning in the workshop of GreenFir. From pipeline configuration to mechanical operation, from welding technology to quality control, every link has witnessed the real talent and practical learning of technical workers. We firmly believe that through this skill rating activity, the spirit of skilled workers will be promoted, their creativity and innovation ability will be stimulated, and a strong impetus will be injected into the high-quality development of GreenFir in the future.
